Filter Modules or Sequences

Written by Amy Chen

By default, Review displays all modules and all sequences. However, you may wish to filter out specific modules and/or sequences that do not relate to the work you need to view.

Filters allow you to hide unwanted branches of the Navigation tree (i.e., eCTD Table of Contents). You can customize views to your personal preference.

There are three ways to filter content:

After any filter has been created, it can be saved for later use.

You can apply multiple filters by using a combination of Filter by Regulatory Activity, Filter by Content, and Filter by Sequence filters. Regardless of which filter you enable first, the filters will be applied in a cumulative manner. Please note that creating a Filter by Content filter and then choosing criteria for Filter by Sequence will result in a combination filter.

When a filter is active, Review notates this in a few different locations. If documents that have been added to the application or sequence are not appearing, this is often the reason why. You can find the filter notations at the bottom of the Review screen.
