Filter by Sequence

This filter allows you to control the sequences appearing in Review.

To select a single sequence and hide all others:

  • Choose View > Filter by Content > <sequence name>.

To select multiple sequences:

  • Choose View > Filter by Content > Manage.

  • In the dialog, press New.

  • Select the Sequence tab and click the button labeled Click here to add filter criteria

The window will now display two dropdown menus and two buttons; one for adding additional criteria and the other for deleting criteria.

As an example, the illustration below shows you how to create a filter so that two Regulatory Activities are displayed.

In this case, all of the sequences belonging to the Efficacy Supplement and the Annual Report will be displayed, including any amendment submissions. The original application and the CMC supplement will not be displayed.

  • Once the filter criteria is completed, press OK.

  • Like the Content filtering, Review will ask for a filter name.

The AND criteria should only be used to filter items that can/will be nested within the parent criteria. OR is used to filter data at the same level.

For example, you can use the AND statement to filter out a Regulatory Activity and a Drug Manufacturer combination. Similar to the previous example, to filter out two sequences, you will need to use OR to display Sequence 0003 or Sequence 0004.
