The Status page displays the status of actions performed on the Load page (Load, Delete, and Update) within a range of dates.

Select Status at the top of the window.

To filter the list:

  • Specify a date range by entering Start and End dates.

  • Enter part of a User Name.

  • Enter part of an Application Number in the field.

Use the Refresh button to load the latest information.

A Diagnostic Test is provided to verify that all separate components necessary to run Validate are configured and working properly. Click the Diagnostic Page link to open the page and run the test. See “Run Diagnostics” for more information.

Columns on the Status Page

Status - Current status of the sequence.

  • Pending - The item is in the queue waiting to be loaded.

  • Processing - The item is currently processing in the queue, but has not completed.

  • Processed - The processing is complete and the application or sequence is available in Review. The highest error severity level encountered during processing is also displayed, if applicable. See “View All Errors” for additional information.

  • Failed to Process - The application or sequence did not process, due to an error.

Error Message - Reports any error during processing.

User Name - The user who requested the action.

Process Date Time - Process date of selected application(s) and/or sequence(s).

Application - Application ID, as provided by sponsor.

Sequence - Sequence ID, as provided by sponsor.

Type - The type of action: Load, Update, Delete, or Publish.

Sequence Type - Type of sequence: Amendment, Original Application, etc.

Application Type - Type of application, as provided by sponsor.

Path - Path where the application resides.

Note: You may need to click Refresh several times before all of your sequences show as processed. Processing will continue in the background.

Exporting Status Data

To export the status data in a CSV format, follow these steps:

  • Select the desired date range by entering the Start and End dates.

  • Optionally, filter the list by a User Name or Application Number.

  • Click on the Export button to download the status data in a CSV file.

  • The exported CSV file will the contain the Type of action performed at the time under the column LOGTYPEID (see below for log type codes):

  1. Load

  2. Update

  3. Delete

  4. Create X File

  5. Publish

  6. Checksum and Pdfs

  7. Delete ENX File

  8. Save

  9. Copy Complete

  10. Checksum

  11. PDF Process

  12. Diagnostic Test

  13. Merge Files

  14. Transfer Files

  15. Validate

  16. Convert For Publish

  17. Update IO Cache

  18. Link Writing
