The Diagnostic Test verifies that all separate components necessary to run Validate are configured and working properly, or pinpoint specific services that are not running as expected. This screen may also be used by support in the case of a technical issue to acquire additional information about your environment.
To access Diagnostic Tests, navigate to Validate > Status Page and press the Diagnostic Page button.
Press the Run Diagnostic button, then verify that all information validates as expected.
