When a folder is selected, the Inventory pane is displayed on the right. The Inventory pane displays columns of metadata for the documents contained within the folder.
The following tasks can be completed using the buttons in the Inventory pane (note that the buttons displayed depend on the item selected in the tree):
Copy link: Copies the link for the selected item to the clipboard. Paste that link/URL into your form of communication for another user with access to your Review environment so they can review exactly what you have shared.
View details: Displays metadata associated with the selected item. See “View Details” for more information.
Update Desktop: Re-creates the enx file for the selected application, which indexes and organizes the regulatory documents in the submission. Regeneration can be verified in Load's Activity log. (This option is not available to users without permission)
Click the link in the Title column to preview the file (see “Preview Pane” for more information). This will also locate and select the file in the eCTD tree.
Note: The Inventory pane does not currently support multiple selection operations. It is only when one box is checked that additional operation buttons will be displayed.
