Select a document in the eCTD tree to load it into the Preview pane. If the document type is not compatible with the Preview Pane, a message is shown containing a Download button for downloading the file to your local machine so you can view the file in an application external to Review.
Any links or bookmarks are visually highlighted in the Preview pane with a blue, clickable box. This box does not appear in the output document.
Navigate pages
The Preview pane offers several ways to move through pages in a document.

To show or hide the side panel click
in the toolbar.In the side panel, you have the choice of listing the contents as thumbnail images (
), as an outline of links in the document (

) or as a list of bookmarks on.There are additional choices you can view with (
).The additional views available grants you a display of a list of signature field locations (
) and a list of attachments (
).For thumbnails, use the -/+ slider to control the thumbnail size.

Zoom
To zoom in or out of the document, click 
in the Preview pane toolbar.
Page fit
Click 
in the toolbar and select either Fit Width or Fit Page from the menu.
Search the document text
To do a full text search across the document, click 
to display the search side panel. Enter the search query text and use the navigation tools (< and >) to move to the previous or next instance found in the document.
Check the Case sensitive box to match the case of the query text. Check the Whole word box to not highlight partial word matches.
A list of all instances of the search text found in the document is displayed in the side panel. Click an item to navigate to the location in the document.
Download individual files
To download the displayed file, click 
in the Preview pane toolbar.
For files that are not compatible with the Preview pane (e.g., .xls files), you will receive a prompt to download the file and view it in its native application.
View full screen
To enable full screen view, click 
in the Preview pane toolbar.
The eCTD tree is hidden, and the document is centered and resized on the screen so that a single page occupies as much of the screen as possible.
Click the icon a second time to return to the original view.
Link to Share
If you wish to share a document, section, or sequence with another user, press the Copy link button. Paste that link/URL into your form of communication for another user with access to your Review environment so they can review exactly what you have shared.
