The Sources tab includes the sources that have been added to the Project Sources, as detailed in the following article: How to Add Sources | Certara.AI Help Center
Once you have added sources to the Project Sources Tab, you can utilize these sources to create prompts in the Sources tab of the CoAuthor Add-In. To preview and insert content directly, insert a prompt as a summary or in the past tense, and how to delete a prompt, follow the outlined steps below.
Preview
To preview a source, follow these steps:
Log into CoAuthor
Click on the Projects Icon
Click on your project name
In the Documents tab, click on the document you'd like to add a prompt to
Once the document opens in Word, click on the CoAuthor Add-in
In the CoAuthor Add-in panel, click on the Sources tab
In the Sources tab, you can search for the source you would like to use.
You can select the whole document or sections of a document.
Click the preview icon to preview the source
Click on the icon in the right-hand corner to expand the Preview box
Click on the icon in the right-hand corner again to collapse the Preview box
Insert Content
To include content exactly as it is in the document, follow these steps:
Log into CoAuthor
Click on the Projects Icon
Click on your project name
In the Documents tab, click on the document you'd like to add a prompt to
Once the document opens in Word, click on the CoAuthor Add-in
In the CoAuthor Add-in panel, click on the Sources Tab
Click the desired location in the document to position the cursor
Under Sources, click the Insert Icon
The content will be inserted into the document where you placed the cursor. The document will also include the name of the author who contributed the source content.
Note: Tables inserted into CSR documents will be automatically formatted into the CSR Standard Table format.
Delete
To delete a source from a prompt, follow these steps:
Log into CoAuthor
Click on the Projects Icon
Click on your project name
In the Documents tab, click on the document you'd like to add a prompt to
Once the document opens in Word, click on the CoAuthor Add-in
In the CoAuthor Add-in panel, click on the Prompts button
Click on the ellipsis to the prompt you would like to delete
Click Delete
🛑 Pro Tip - Removing a prompt from the prompt tab will permanently erase the prompt and all associated data generated from it within the document.
