The Template Suite offers eCTD (electronic Common Technical Document) templates to help writers create standardized documents that comply with regulatory formatting guidelines. These templates are available for download.
Download a Document
To download a template, follow these steps:
Log into CoAuthor
Click on the Template Suite Icon
Click on a Template Name
In the list, click on the ellipsis in the same row as the Template Name you would like to download, then click Preview
In the Template Preview modal, click on the download icon to download the template
Click Done when you are finished
Download Exe
To download all Templates as an Exe (executable file), follow these steps:
Log into CoAuthor
Click on the Template Suite Icon
Click on the Actions button
Click to select Download Exe
The file will be downloaded as an executable that will also include the template version.
The executable file can be installed with the instructions in the following guide: eCTD Templates Installation Guide.pdf
Download Zip
To download all Templates in a Zip file, follow these steps:
Log into CoAuthor
Click on the Template Suite Icon
Click on the Actions button
Click to select Download Zip
The file will be downloaded as a zip and include the template version in the name.
The zip file will include the training, guides, templates, documents, and installation files.
