Employ the "Summarize Attachments" function to compress one or multiple files into a concise summary.
Please ensure that sources are attached to the Attachments box before beginning. The instructions can be found in the following article: AI Workspace - How to Add Sources to the Attachments Box
To Summarize Attachments, simply follow these steps:
Log into CoAuthor
Click on the AI Icon
In the AI Workspace, click on the Common Actions button
Select Summarize Attachments from the COMMON ACTIONS menu
Summarized attachments will be displayed in the Conversation Pane
Note: The files used for the summarization are also included in the output.
