The Prompts tab in CoAuthor aims to improve the efficiency and quality of regulatory writing through generative AI. It allows users to create unique prompts for each project or reuse them by copying from one space to another.
Create Prompt - Free Text
To generate a customizable "Free Text prompt" tailored to your specific project requirements, proceed with the following steps:
Log into CoAuthor
Open up a Project
Click on the Prompts Tab
Click on + Prompt
Enter a Title in the free text filed under Title
The task will be "Free Text". Enter a Prompt or Ask a question in the free text field under Prompt
Click Save
The prompt will be displayed in the table upon saving.
Actions
In CoAuthor, the ability to edit prompts in the Prompts tab is designed to give users flexibility and control over their interactions.
Edit
To Edit a prompt, follow the instructions below.
Log into CoAuthor
Open up a Project
Click on the Prompts Tab
Click on the ellipsis for the Prompt you would like to edit, then click Edit
In the Prompt Details modal, edit the information
Click Save
Delete
To Edit a prompt, follow the instructions below.
Log into CoAuthor
Open up a Project
Click on the Prompts Tab
Click on the ellipsis for the Prompt you would like to delete, then click Delete
In the Confirm Delete modal, click Delete
COPY TO - Sponsor Prompts
The feature that allows copying to Sponsor Prompts in the Prompts tab is intended to improve collaboration and make the workflow more efficient. Copying a prompt from a project to the sponsor prompts makes it shareable.
To copy a prompt from a project to the Sponsor Prompts, follow the instructions below:
Log into CoAuthor
Open up a Project
Click on the Prompts Tab
Click on the ellipsis for the Prompt you would like to Copy to Sponsor Prompts, then click Sponsor Prompts
A status popup will appear to indicate that the prompt is being copied. The disappearance of this popup signals that the copying process is complete.
