How to Open a Project

The following steps will walk you through how to open a project to review the documents, sources, attributes, prompts, and members.

  1. Log into CoAuthor

  2. In the Projects workspace, click on a Project Name to open up the project

  3. You can also click on the ellipsis (...) under 'Actions', then click Open a project

How to Rename a Project

Renaming a project can help maintain consistency across all projects. This can be particularly important in large organizations where multiple teams might be working on similar projects. Rename a project with the following steps:

  1. Log into CoAuthor

  2. In the Projects workspace, click on the ellipsis (...) under 'Actions' for the project you want to rename, then click on Rename

3. Enter a new Project name in the Rename Project modal

4. Click on Rename

How to Delete a Project

There could be various reasons for wanting to remove a project in CoAuthor. To proceed with the deletion, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log into CoAuthor

  2. In the Projects workspace, click on the ellipsis (...) under 'Actions' for the project you want to delete, then click on Delete

  3. Click the 'Delete' button in the Confirm Delete modal to confirm and finalize the deletion of the project
