Log into "Certara.AI Curate"
Click on the button with "Your Name Data Fabric" in the top toolbar on the right
Click on "Manage Data Fabrics"
On the Source Management Page, click on the Data Fabric you would like to share
In the "Fabrics Management Page", click on the field under "User Access" to reveal the user list
Click on the username to add the user to the Access list
Click "Done" to exit out of the "Fabrics Management Page"
How to Un-Share Your Data Fabric
Un-share your data fabric with the following steps.
Log into "Certara.AI Curate"
Click on the button with "Your Name Data Fabric" in the top toolbar on the right
Click on "Manage Data Fabrics"
On the Source Management Page, click on the Data Fabric you would like to share
In the "Fabrics Management Page", click on the X at the top right corner of the user you would like to un-share your Data Fabric with
Click "Remove" to confirm the removal of the user
Click "Done" to exit out of the "Fabrics Management Page"
Roles and Permissions
Below is a table listing the roles available for assignment to users granted access to your Data Fabric. The default role assigned to users is "Read."
Role | Permission |
Owner | Enables Writing, Reading, Modifying, and Deleting Data Fabric Content. |
Write | Permits modifying data fabric content. |
Read | Allows viewing or copying data fabric contents. |
Update User Role
When incorporating users into your Data Fabric, updating their roles accordingly is vital. By default, as the owner, you will have the "Owner" role. However, you have the ability to change the roles of any users you add to your Data Fabric to either Owner, Read, or Write. It's imperative to match each user's role with their access level to preserve your Data Fabric's security and integrity.
To share your Data Fabric, follow these simple steps.
Log into "Certara.AI Curate"
Click on the button with "Your Name Data Fabric" in the top toolbar on the right
Click on "Manage Data Fabrics"
On the Source Management Page, click on the Data Fabric you would like to share
