How to Create a Custom Data Fabric

Let's go through the process of creating a Custom Data Fabric that incorporates only the Layar Systems you want.

  1. Log into "Certara.AI Curate"

  2. Click on the button with "Your Name Data Fabric" in the top toolbar on the right

  3. Click on "Manage Data Fabrics"

  4. On the "Source Management Page", click on the Plus (+) sign

  5. In the "Create Fabric" modal, enter a Name

  6. Enter a Description, if desired since this field is not required

  7. Click "Create"

  8. Click "Done" to close out of the "Source Management Page"

How to Delete a Custom Data Fabric

Now let's walk through the steps to deleting a Data Fabric.

  1. Log into "Certara.AI Curate"

  2. Click on the button with "Your Name Data Fabric" in the top toolbar on the right

  3. Click on "Manage Data Fabrics"

  4. On the "Source Management Page", click on the Data Fabric you would like to delete

  5. On the Fabrics Management Page, click on the ellipsis (three vertical dots)
    ​

  6. Click "Delete"

  7. In the additional pop-up with the question "Are you sure you want to delete this data fabric?", click "Delete"

  8. Click "Done" to close out of the "Source Management Page"
