How to Create, Rename, or Delete a Set

Creating sets is an efficient way to organize and manage terms of interest.

You can create a set in one of two ways.

  1. Create a set with a specific set of terms.

  2. Create a set with Trending Terms.

Create a Set with Terms

  1. Log into Certara.AI Signal

  2. Click on the three vertical dots in the top toolbar

  3. Select Create Set

  4. In the Create Set modal, enter a name for the Set

  5. Pre-populate set with: should be left at the default selection of "Terms Below"

  6. Enter terms into the field under TERMS and ensure that you type or paste one term per line

  7. Click Create Set

Create a Set of Trending Terms

  1. Log into Certara.AI Signal

  2. Click on the three vertical dots in the top toolbar

  3. Select Create Set

  4. In the Create Set modal, enter a name for the Set

  5. Pre-populate set with: Trending Terms

  6. Select a TIME INTERVAL from the dropdown menu

  7. Select a DATA SOURCE from the dropdown menu

  8. Select the box next to each desired term or click on the Select Top 10 or Select Top 50 button

  9. Click Create Set

Rename Set

  1. Log into Certara.AI Signal

  2. Click on the three vertical dots in the top toolbar

  3. Select Rename Set

  4. Enter a new name in the free text field, then click on the Rename Set button

Delete Set

  1. Log into Certara.AI Signal

  2. Click on the three vertical dots in the top toolbar

  3. Select Delete Set

  4. Confirm that you are sure you'd like to delete the set by clicking on the Delete button

🛑 This action will delete the currently selected set.
