Data Settings

In CODEX, the default option for Data Settings is to generate a single analysis/representation per study. This is based on a unique study, strata, endpoint group, and analyzed population per endpoint-measure combination. However, users have the option to view all reported measures for a selected endpoint of a study by selecting the "show all data" option. This ensures the generation of informative plots and tables in CODEX.

Measure Settings

Table 1. Measure settings: The table summarizes the treatment effect measure and the corresponding statistics used. Summary per endpoint type and plot type.

Plot Settings

Color Blind Friendly

The Color-blind-friendly option is designed to make data visualizations accessible to individuals with color vision deficiencies.

You can also adjust the following to personalize the plot

  • OPACITY LEVEL

  • AXIS LABEL SIZE

  • AXIST TICKET LABEL SIZE

  • MARKER LABEL SIZE
