How do I select and de-select several separate data points in a plot?

You should see a cross sign when you hover over the plot area. Drag the cross sign over the data points or sections of interest. The selection will remain active and will be visible in saved plots. To clear the selection, double-click into a space within the plot area or select the house icon (reset axes) in the mode bar (hover over the top right corner of the plot).

Why are some of my plots displayed in a disproportionate, widened form?

Should you be experiencing a disproportionate display of user interface elements, check your display settings. Often, when working with several monitors, text is scaled beyond 100%. This can lead to an unusual display of elements in CODEX.

Why am I not able to deselect the SUBGROUP?

If you select an option in SUBGROUP and would like to de-select it, select none. None is listed as an option in the menu.
