Licenses tab
A license is an entitlement that unlocks a feature for a specific sponsor for a period of time. Licenses are how administrators control which capabilities each organization can use, and they automatically stop applying once they expire
License types
License type | What it unlocks |
Template Suite | Access to a specific version of the CoAuthor template suite for the sponsor. A sponsor can hold several, each tied to a version number. |
Reports | Enables the reporting features for the sponsor. |
What you can do here
View all licenses – see every license across all sponsors, including its type, the sponsor it belongs to, and its expiry date.
+ License – grant a sponsor a Template Suite or Reports.
Upload Template Suite - Certara-only: uploads a new template suite version from its paired ZIP and EXE files.
Actions – Remove a license by deleting it.
Note: An expired license no longer grants access.
