The User Menu is located in the bottom-left corner of CoAuthor, below the ? (Help) button. It is represented by your initials.
Click your initials to open the User Menu. The menu displays the following:
Your name and email address
Theme toggle
Certara Help Center link
Get Support link

Theme
Use the Theme toggle to switch between Light and Dark display modes. The currently active theme is highlighted in blue.
Certara Help Center
Clicking Certara Help Center opens the Certara.AI CoAuthor Help Center, where you can browse documentation and guides.
Get Support
Clicking Get Support takes you to the Certara AI Service Desk. From there, you can submit a support ticket to reach the AI Support team with any questions or issues.
About CoAuthor
Clicking About CoAuthor opens a pop-up that provides the following information:
