Add existing repeat sections

Chances are that a document contained within a repeat section will need to be amended or replaced during the lifecycle of the application.

Instead of manually creating each repeatable section again, Publish will pre-populate repeat sections based on the existing metadata in the application.

To do so, select the 'Add existing repeat sections' checkbox when creating a new sequence, as shown below:

The following image is showing the checkbox available at last in the third step of Application wizard for every region.

Once the required information has been added to the wizard, the repeatable sections that existed in prior sequences are available in your new sequence as empty sections.

Note:

If a specific section is not required for the submission, documents should simply not be added to it. When the output is written, no entries will be added for empty sections.
