In version 1.20 of Certara.AI administrators have the ability to create service accounts. First, navigate to your initials in the top right and choose "Manage Account"
On the new page, on the left hand side, click "Service Accounts".
Click "Add Service Account" in the top right.
You will see the new service account populate on the page. To get the API keys to the account click "Manage Keys"
In the popup, click "Create New Key"
The Client ID and Client Secret will be displayed, these will be required to get an API Authentication token.
Ensure you are keeping track of which account is given to which people, since the service account cannot be renamed.
