When a user attempts to sign in after leaving the Sign In window opened without any
activity for at least 20 minutes, an error is displayed. To work around this, navigate to the application in a new browser tab or window, then sign in. (SB-3962)
Load
Saved links or bookmarks navigate to the root folder instead of the desired application folder. To navigate to the desired application folder, after signing into Load (and selecting the target space, if assigned to more than one space), copy the URL from the saved link or bookmark, paste it into the browser address bar, then press Enter. (SB-4328)
Publish (Browser-Based)
The warning message about creating a duplicated file title within a section is not being displayed if the original file title and the duplicate file title differ only in case. When editing file titles, the check for duplicate titles that occurs prior to saving is currently case sensitive and, therefore, generates a warning message about duplicate titles only when both the characters and case of the titles match. (SB-4964)
The content of a deleted application/submission-unit remains available under the Publish working folder. (SB-5535)
Copy Link does not create a valid URL. Sharing the link with another user results in an error when the link is used. (SB-5556)
Desktop
When attempting to open an application off-line without signing in, an error message is displayed. Currently, this functionality is not available. (SB-4360)
When attempting to create a Delete relationship for a placeholder, an error message is displayed, and the relationship is not saved. As a workaround, create a “Deleted by” relationship for the file reference. (SB-4337)
The Upload Grid cannot be filtered by size. There is no known workaround for this issue. (SB-4326)
