Updates to support EU Regional (3.1.1) and Validation Guidance (8.2) (SB-8497, SB-9726)

Benefits:

Helps maintain compliance with the latest agency updates.

Features:

This feature ensures EU Publishing and Validation are supported as per EU guidance 3.1 and validation guidance 8.2.

Updates to AU Error Code 2.9 as per Validation Guidance (3.2) (SB-8809)

Benefits:

Ability to understand any issues in the submission related to sequence folder and number.

Features:

Ability to see Error Code 2.9 as per validation guidance v3.2

Enhancements to priority number when re-assigning context groups and for FDA 4.0 (SB-9959)

Benefits:

Customizes the priority order of files.

Features:

This feature enables users to modify the default priority number to the value of their choice.

Ability to create links with red color (SB-10231)

Benefits:

Added flexibility with color choices and added option for the color red.

Features:

This feature is an enhancement to the existing Link creation feature in Publish with red as an option for link borders and text color.

Ability to upload pdfs in Publish without any auto-updates (SB-10436)

Benefits:

Option to not have Auto-updates on pdfs for an application.

Features:

This feature allows users to choose to have the pdfs optimized using GS or not for an application.

Issues Corrected in GlobalSubmit

GlobalSubmit Publish (browser) Creating links repeatedly for large files does not work (SB-10289, SB-10290): For files that are large in size, link creation can be completed successfully even when multiple links need to be created.

GlobalSubmit Publish (browser) Creating links by selecting text at the bottom of the page fails with an error (SB-9389): Creating links with text at bottom of the page now works without issues.

GlobalSubmit Publish (browser) External links are not retained if files with target links are not uploaded at the same time (SB-10499): External links to other pdfs are now retained successfully.

GlobalSubmit Review (browser) Link to Share/Copy Link prevents switching to another view in certain cases (SB-10279): User is now able to switch views in Review without any issues.

GlobalSubmit Error Reporting Health Canada Validation error F14 not displaying correctly when replacing file is same as original file (SB-10144): Error code F14 now displays correctly for the scenario where replacing file is same as original file.

GlobalSubmit Validate (browser) Downloading Validation report had HTML text at the end (SB-6068): The HTML text has been removed and the validation report now only has valid content for the user.
