The High Error Log page contains a searchable history of loaded sequences with the highest severity level encountered, per the defined option settings.
To generate a High Error Report, reflecting all of the high errors for a single sequence when it was processed, click High Errors at the top of the page.
Filter the list by specifying a date range (i.e., enter Start and End dates), search for a specific user (select a User Name), and/or select an Application Number.
Select the type of output from the Output Format dropdown. The options are:
Rich Text Format - Exports the report into a file readable by word processing programs, such as Microsoft Word.
CSV - Comma delimited format. Exports the report into a spreadsheet to be read in Excel.
Select the desired row by checking the corresponding box and press the Build Report button.
Once the report is created, choose whether to Open the report, Save it, or Cancel the report in the popup window.
