To simplify the process of re-adding links to documents that have been updated, use the Import/Export References feature to copy bookmarks and links from an older version of a file, which has had the linking added, over to the new version, which does not have the required links, using a .CSV file. This file allows Publish to extract information from a PDF document and apply that information to a new, or different PDF, significantly reducing the manual labor to recreate these links.
