The Activity page displays a detailed log of actions performed on the Load page within a specified date range.

To open the Activity pop-up, click Activity in the upper-right corner of the Load page.

Filtering the Activity List

You can refine the list using any of the following filters:

  • Date range — Enter a Start and End date to limit results to a specific period.

  • User scope — Select Current User to view only your activities, or choose to display activities from all users.

  • Application Number — Enter all or part of an Application Number to search for matching entries.

Activity Columns

The Activity page includes the following columns:

Column

Job

The Application Number, followed by the action performed and the sequence.

The current state of the job (see status definitions below).

Processed Date

The date the selected application(s) or sequence(s) were processed.

Status Definitions

  • Pending — The operation is queued for one or more sequences or applications. To cancel a pending operation, right-click the entry and select Cancel.

  • Processing — The sequence or application is currently being loaded, with XFiles being created for Review and reports being generated.

  • Processed — Processing is complete and the sequence is available in Review. If any issues were encountered, the highest severity level is shown alongside the Processed status.

  • Failed — The sequence or application could not be processed due to an error. Click the information icon in the cell to view the error details in a pop-up.

Exporting the Activity Log

You can export the current view of the Activity Log to an Excel spreadsheet. The exported file reflects the filters you have applied.

The Activity Log provides a searchable history of loaded sequences, including the highest severity level encountered for each, based on your defined option settings.

The exported report is saved in CSV format and named load-activity-export with the current date appended (for example, load-activity-export-2026-05-26.csv).
