Loading an application or sequence(s) analyzes the validation errors in the application and creates the .enx file for Review to read the file.
To do this, select the checkbox next to each application or sequence you want to process, and then click Process on the top.
Processing Multiple Applications and Sequences
You can select one or multiple items before processing:
Single selection - Select one folder and click Process to queue it for loading
Multiple selection - Select several folders to queue them all at once. Items are added to the processing queue in the order they appear on screen
Select all - Use the header checkbox (before Menu) to queue every folder in the current view
Sort order - Items are queued in the order currently displayed, so re-sorting the list before selecting changes the order in which items are processed
Mixed selections - If your selection includes both files and folders, only the folders are processed
To customize and configure how items are processed, click the gear icon next to the Process button
In the dialog that appears, choose the Format to check against during processing and check/ uncheck the box(es) for the required processing Options.
Validate XML Structure - Loads the XML and verifies its structure. This option is always enabled
Process PDFs - Validates PDF files for previously loaded sequences
Verify Checksums - Validates checksums for previously loaded sequences.
After configuring Processing Options, check the box(es) for applications/sequences to process and press Process on the top.
Note: Default settings do not permit sequences to be reloaded
Search Field
Use the search field at the top of the Load page to quickly find a specific application or sequence. Enter any portion of the name to filter the list of available applications.
Note: Searches are performed at the root level only and will not return applications stored within subfolders of a document management system.
Load Page Columns
The Load page displays the following columns. You can sort the list by clicking the Name, Modified, or Size column header
1. Checkbox - Selects the Application or individual sequences for processing or unloading or generating reports.

select the top checkbox next to Menu, to process or unload all the items
2. Menu - Provides additional actions, including:
Open
Rename
Download
Delete
3. Name - The name of the application or sequence available in Load.
4. Modified - The date/time stamp for the most recent modification made.
5. Size - The size of file.
6. Status - The current state of the application or sequence.
Pending - Queued and awaiting processing.
Processing - Currently being processed; not yet complete.
Loaded - Processing has finished and the sequence is ready for Review
