Once an application is selected, it is opened and the eCTD tree is displayed on the left.
Click 
in front of the folder name in the tree to expand or collapse the folder contents.
Switch tree views
Select your view by clicking the dropdown arrow at the top of the tree and choosing one of the five views:
Lifecycle – Cumulative view that displays every document submitted in eCTD modules 1-5, as well as the applied operational attributes.
Current – Displays all current eCTD elements in the application, which have not been replaced, appended, suspended, or deleted. This view is the most useful in verifying the status of the application from a high level and ensuring that documents have had the correct lifecycle operators.
Activities – Displays each regulatory activity (such as an original application, supplement, annual report, variation, or line extension) grouped with its supporting submissions such as amendments.
Sequence – Displays all application sequences in numerical order.
Origin – Displays submission unit with all elements (sections and file references) appearing in the exact order that was used in the published XML.
Search for files and titles
Search across the entire application for file names and titles by entering your keyword in the search field.
Show and hide empty sections
Click Show empty sections/Hide empty sections to toggle between displaying and hiding empty sections in the tree. This setting is applied to all applications and all spaces to which you have access.
Legend for tree icons
There are many icons used in the eCTD tree to indicate various types. Click View tree legend above the eCTD tree to display the tree legend. Scroll through the popup window. When finished, click anywhere outside of the popup to close it.
