CSVs can be used to add users to the system all at once. You can access this feature by going to the Certara.AI Portal and choosing "Team Members"
Once in "Team Members" the "Add Bulk Users" button is available.
Once the button is clicked you can either manually enter the email addresses of users OR choose to upload a CSV. The CSV must include the columns fullname and email. Username is an optional header and should only be used if you want the users to have specific usernames.
Once the CSV is created you can upload the CSV using the "Upload File" button.
You can then click "Add Users". The users will be added; you can verify the users have been added by checking the "Team Members" screen.
