Curate now makes it easy to reuse document set layouts and rerun questions—saving you time and improving consistency across your work. These updates are especially helpful if you frequently analyze similar types of documents or need to apply the same questions to different sets.
What’s New
Flexible “Save As” Options
You can now create a copy of a document set with more control over what gets included:
Exclude Filters: Start fresh without carrying over the original search filters.
Exclude Questions: Create a clean set without previously asked questions.
This is useful when you want to reuse the structure of a document set but apply it to a different group of documents.
Re-ask Questions Easily
You can now re-ask questions in any document set—even in a copy created using “Save As.”
How to Re-ask a Question:
Go to the column with the question you want to rerun.
Click the ellipsis (⋯) on the column header.
Select “Ask Again.”
This allows you to refresh insights without rebuilding your document set.
Improved Answer Refresh
After asking a question, Curate now automatically checks for answers and lets you refresh the view when they’re ready.
How to Refresh Answers:
After submitting a question, wait for Curate to process.
Click “Refresh” when prompted to view updated results.

To Save a Document Set with Custom Options
Open your document set.
Click “Actions” > “Save As.”
Choose whether to include:
Copy Filters
Copy Questions
Copy Columns
Name your new set and click Save.🔄 To Refresh Answers
After asking a question, Curate will poll for answers.
