Certara allows you to create users prior to the user logging in. This allows Administrators to provide seats to the user, allowing the users to work as soon as they login.
To begin bulk uploading users, Navigate to "Certara AI Portal" In the App dropdown.
Click on "Team Memebers"
In the top right of the page, click "+ Add Bulk Users"
A window will pop up asking for the user's e-mail. If you are adding multiple people, ensure each e-mail starts on new line.
Once done, click the "+ Add Users" button. You will then be able to find these users in the "Team Members" section of the Certara AI Portal.
